UPDATE: SupervisorNET Version 9.0.4 & iPOS 8.0.21 & My Monitor 9.0.2

We’ve released version 9.0.4 of our Supervisor Net suite of products.

This new version introduces the new survey system to Monitor Online Ordering, enabling you to create surveys and send them to your customers. The results of the surveys can then be reported on.
More information about the survey system can be found in the product manual, or you can take a look at the last chapter in our administration video:

On the printing front, we’ve added support for our new Chrome Extension for Chromebooks and Google Chrome browser. This bridges the gap that the removal of Google Cloud Printing has left in the market for those industries using Chromebooks. This new extension adds a Monitor Cloud Queue printer in the list of print devices on the Chromebook. Any print job sent to this queue can then be released at any of our embedded solutions or print release stations.

We’ve released iPOS version 8.0.21 to add additional functionality and address issues found in the field.

We are releasing a new version of My Monitor – 9.0.2, with a few very important fixes and a few new features. It also contains security enhancements from an internal security audit.

The export will now skip any malformed records, giving a summary at the end of the export, with further information in the log file about what records were skipped

[Bug Fix] #15841 If the user got their password wrong once, every time they got their password wrong from that point the system would just do nothing, rather than displaying an incorrect password notification
[Bug Fix] #15836 The application could have printed a label more than once if an order was placed for more than one child
