UPDATE: My Monitor 9.5.1, Supervisor Net suite 9.5.1, My Reservation 9.5.2, and Express 9.5.1 have been released

The following is a complete list of changes in each product:

We have released version 9.5.1 of My Monitor

The biggest features in this release are:

  • For supported payment gateways (Windcave (DPS),  BPoint V2, Westpac), Customers with stored cards will be sent warnings letting them know that their card is about to expire this month, and provides them a link to follow to swap their existing card with a new card so that auto top-ups and scheduled payments are not disrupted.
Unfortunately, NAB Transact could not be supported due to limitations in their interface.
  • When removing a credit card from My Monitor, the user will be warned if it is being used for auto top-ups and given the opportunity to select or add a different card. If they continue, the associated auto top-ups will be cancelled.

A complete list of changes is as follows:

[Feature] #16482 When deleting a stored card, the system will now tell the user that the card is being used by either an Auto Top Up or Scheduled Payment and make it easy for them to store a different card in its place

[Feature] #16481 A new credit card expiry warning system has been added. Users will now receive an email at the beginning of the month and 3 days out from the end of the month letting them know that their stored credit card is about to expire, with a link to follow to update their card. Supports the following payment gateways: Windcave (DPS), BPoint V2, NAB Transact, Westpac

[Change] #17555 The links that are sent to the user to follow to pay for their print jobs will no longer expire if the print job still exists in the system. This makes it easy for the user to pay for their job as long as the job still exists, and see the jobs that they have already paid for

[Bug Fix] #17641 When editing the link in the email sent to casual users when they have requested a new account, the page was inserting the base URL into the email all the time, making the resulting URL incorrect

[Bug Fix] #17546 ‘Transaction Group’ and ‘Product’ values were not being written to the RTETable for transaction fee transactions

[Bug Fix] #17538 The date/time on the on-screen receipt could be different to the print preview version and the actual RTE Date/Time

Supervisor Net

[Feature] #17576 A separate time to live for pre-paid jobs has been added to the Cloud Queue. This allows a site to keep paid jobs for a different amount of time (or indefinitely) than unpaid jobs

[Change] #17584 Print Job IDs will now once again be generated for jobs emailed to the system from known account holders. This was altered in 9.5.0 to not generate an ID in this situation, but some sites required this to simplify the instructions given to their customers

[Change] #17573 The system will now consider a user a ‘Causal User’ if when it receives an email to print, that user is Locked, Disabled or Expired. The user will receive the contents of the Casual User Printing email reply

[Change] #17548 The length of the email password on the notifications tab in Supervisor Net Administrator has been increased to allow for longer, more complex passwords

Web Administrator

[Feature] #17556 The logo, title and image can now be permanently replaced on the login page. Please refer to your distributor for details

[Bug Fix] #17594 Some installs were experiencing an error message when clicking the ‘Save Changes’ button in the computer management tab. The changes would save, but the error message was still displayed

[Bug Fix] #17580 Searching for a user when creating a computer reservation was no longer hunting to the external system if the user did not exist in Supervisor Net

[Bug Fix] #17565 Block bookings were able to be made for computers at the same time as an active walk up session

[Bug Fix] #17563 When creating a block booking, the system wouldn’t show you which computers had already been added to the block booking session if you went back to add more computers to the session

[Bug Fix] #17562 In the print release screen, when the attributes were being changed on a job, invalid characters could be entered into the ‘Pages’ input box

[Bug Fix] #17550 Accounts created in the user templates area were mistakenly being added to the normal user accounts area

Monitor Online Ordering

[Bug Fix] #17586 Survey questions were not working correctly when the shop group or even were no longer active

[Bug Fix] #17514 The ‘What’s On’ events page would display as a blank page if one of the events was for a shop that had been deleted

Supervisor Insight

[Change] #17248 3010: Primary Account Balance report has been altered to be visually improved

[Bug Fix] #17549 3800 reports run for a single day will possibly exclude prior period adjustments and populate them in the previous day

My Reservation

[Bug Fix] #17596 Creating a block booking with recurring dates would sometimes fail

[Bug Fix] #17577 When the administrator tried to extend a user’s session, it wasn’t being extended

[Bug Fix] #17572 The system would prevent walkup users from logging into a Chromebook device if it was less than 30 minutes prior to a block booking

[Bug Fix] #17560 The My Reservation related options could sometimes disappear from Web Administrator if the reservation services did not respond in time

PC Client

[Feature] #17591 Now supports screen rations of 3:2, such as used on Surface laptops

Supervisor Express

[Bug Fix] #17601 Buy Ticket – Option to ‘Allow Email Replacement’ was not deleting the existing account
