NEW: Survey Tool in Monitor Online Ordering

MonitorBM’s new survey tool as part of our Monitor Online Ordering system is a great new way for our users to get in direct contact with their database. Direct from the admin side of Online ordering users can now compile both an Email & a survey to be sent out to any user group. Alongside this we have added the function of a star rating system – much like what you see on other survey tools.

The ability to send to any user group makes each survey targeted. The system provides the ability to make sure you are not sending a user more than one email with the flick of a button.

Our new “Survey Activity” tab keeps all the admin details in one clean space. See when it was sent and how many replies you have had, see when the survey was created and who sent it out. From there we can further break it down into the “Survey replies” tab where you can see the answers to your questions/ratings. We’ve added the ability to export this information to use for other marketing purposes. The emails and surveys have the ability to be customised and made to fit your branding. In the build, we have created a couple of email examples for you – but you can create and alter these emails to your needs. The survey questions have a number of different data collection types. Star ratings, radio buttons etc. or simply give your user the ability to fill a question out with text.
