SPANZ Conference 2011
Monitor was a key sponsor at the recent SPANZ Conference in Napier, New Zealand.
From 3rd – 6th April 2011, the 24th Annual Secondary Principals Association of New Zealand (SPANZ) conference was held at the Napier War Memorial Conference Centre in Napier, New Zealand. Monitor’s Business Development Manager, Kevin Senior and Marketing Manager, Chris Luxmoore attended the conference as one of the key sponsors of the event. During the conference Monitor had an exhibitor booth showcasing their Print Release station, My Monitor, iPOS, MiniPOS, and AL 4000 series autoloader as well as an MB20 terminal.
The annual SPANZ conference brings together principals from some of New Zealand’s leading schools to the one destination and gives everyone an opportunity to hear from top presenters in the educational field as well a chance to discover new and innovative ways to manage a large secondary school. Amongst the guest speakers that attended in 2011 was Honorable Anne Tolley, Minister of Education.
As well as giving away chocolate bars, apples and plums throughout the conference, Monitor also had a prize draw of a meal for 2 to the value of $200 anywhere in New Zealand. Congratulations to Grant Miles from Chanel College in Wellington who was our lucky winner. We hope that Grant enjoys his prize!!
