Monitor is pleased with the new release of the Supervisor Net Suite 9.8.5 which includes.

Highlights from this release:

  • Signatures can now be obtained from customers when adding an item to the cart in Online Ordering. This has been implemented as a new question type in the question editor.
  • Customers can obtain a PDF quote, emailed to them, of items in their cart in Online Ordering
  • Survey and marketing campaigns can now be sent via SMS text messages in Online Ordering
  • A guest ticket configuration item has been added to Web Administrator, limiting the number of guest tickets that can be generated in one go
  • Laundry Monitor can now be run in both authenticated (the user must log in first) and unauthenticated modes at the same time. This allows you to display the status of laundry machines in a location on a large publicly visible screen
  • Web Print (And the cloud queue driver) now support long edge and short edge printing options for duplexed print jobs

Laundry Monitor

  • [Feature] #16758 It is now possible to launch Laundry Monitor in an unauthenticated mode of operation (Such as displaying the web site on a communal status screen) and be able to log in to activate laundry devices. This can be configured in the Laundry Monitor configuration application which is installed with the product. In addition to this, the website can be opened at any location desired using one of the following methods:
  • 1. If you know the Location ID in the database you can use url/Location/Select/<id>
  • 2. You can use the site and location names. Note just using the location name will also work as long as the location name is unique. url/Location/Select?site=SiteName&location=LocationName

Web Print
