Euless Library, Texas
MonitorBM is excited to partner with the Euless Library in Texas, which uses MonitorBM’s Print and Public Access PC Management solutions and has recently added MonitorBM POS. The library’s self-check kiosks enable patrons to release and pay for prints and purchase items such as USB drives, notebooks, earbuds, tote bags, meeting room bookings, and services like fax, donations, lost or damaged fees, and replacement card fees. With MonitorBM POS, staff can now process these sales directly at the counter, complementing self-service. Integration with the ILS will allow patrons to pay outstanding library fees at the POS station
Euless runs an excellent state of the art library with a great team of people and MonitorBM staff really enjoy engaging with Molly and her team.
