Supervisor Net suite version 9.8.4 has been released
Merry Christmas everyone,
Just in time for upgrade season, here’s a ‘Quick Release’ version of the Supervisor Net suite of products to tide you over until the new year, when we’ll be releasing the much bigger 9.8.5 release.
This release focusses on the most urgent issues reported, including a whole raft of issues in Online Ordering.
A complete list of changes is as follows:
Supervisor Net
[Change] #18965 The header used when communicating with Sirsi Dynix Symphony was altered to facilitate fees and fines payments for users at different home sites
Monitor Online Ordering
[Feature] #18960 The customer’s primary number and primary ID are now included on the reports
[Change] #19009 If the user enters their postal details for deliveries, the suburb field is now a mandatory field
[Change] #18962 The size of the font used for the item name has been decreased
[Bug Fix] #18961 When reports were configured to be sent at some time in the future, the report was printing prematurely with the date the report was sent, rather than when the orders were for
[Bug Fix] #19031 After clicking on an item to see the item details dialog, only one item would be added to cart when clicking ‘Add’, even if the quantity was set to more than one
[Bug Fix] #19030 When adding an item to the cart from the item detail dialog, the dialog would not close automatically
[Bug Fix] #19023 After searching for an item, the item would not add to the cart unless you were already in the shop group that the found item was in
[Bug Fix] #19018 When using a custom CSS for one or more shops, the style would often not be changed, or would revert to the default style when changing to a different shop
[Bug Fix] #19015 Shop groups would sometimes disappear every week
[Bug Fix] #19012 The standard package editor was no longer working correctly, with multiple issues
[Bug Fix] #19006 There were multiple issues with the Australian Post format export file
[Bug Fix] #19003 Package weight and cost were not being displayed on the ‘Process’ dialog in ‘Manage Orders’
[Bug Fix] #18977 Special items were not able to be created in the special item editor section
[Bug Fix] #18964 Only three items could be seen on the page in mobile view and other items were not able to be viewed until the page was refreshed
[Bug Fix] #18963 In shop groups -> Items in shop group – status, if you expanded the categories and scrolled to the bottom, the last item in the list (Be it either a category heading or an item) was partially hidden
Web Administrator
[Bug Fix] #18998 When a facility was configured for pre-approvals, the pre-approval email was not being sent to the admins
[Bug Fix] #18969 ‘Reset PIN’ permission was required to regenerate a password using the print ticket feature
Web Print
[Bug Fix] #17421 Further fixes to the job clean up routine where only 100 old web print jobs were being deleted per day, and log files were full of ‘Failed to Parse (3)’ error messages
