MonitorBM is proud to be working with Northern Beaches Council Libraries to deploy a streamlined, self-service approach to printing, photocopying and Public PC usage.
Currently deploying across all six branch libraries in the region, the system offers patrons and guest users a flexible ‘Pay as You Go’ (PAYG) solution. Effortless Print & Payment Solutions
Users can submit their print jobs conveniently via:
• Library public PCs
• Personal BYO devices through the responsive Web Print portal
• Simple and convenient email submission.
Unlike traditional library print systems, users do not preload funds onto their library cards or purchase guest tickets; Instead, they enjoy direct on-demand payment through Monitor’s MK2000 kiosk, stationed beside each of the seven MFDs. The intuitive kiosk allows users to review, select, and pay for their printing and copying using their preferred credit, debit, EFTPOS, or phone wallet. Optimized User Experience Across All Branches. To further enhance convenience, MonitorBM’s Computer Reservation System is now centrally controlled across all six libraries. Patrons and guest users can pre-book a PC online or simply walk up and login, ensuring seamless access
Canon MFDs running Monitor Embedded provide a user-friendly & intuitive experience, allowing patrons to photocopy and scan effortlessly via Monitor’s embedded application for Canon.
