Convenient
On line card access as a method of payment, increases the convenience to users, by increasing the access, security and performance of your vending machine. The added convenience of being able to pay for items by their account card, rather than having change in their pocket, will increase usage.
Dynamic
The Vending CAD easily integrates with your existing network, and to the powerful centralised suite of management software components of Monitor’s Supervisor Net Expense Management Solution. It communicates using TCP/IP across standard Ethernet, delivering real time transactions, device usage history, and access to remote diagnostic and support capability. The terminal supports fixed or dynamic IP address allocation and all data is encrypted for security.
Transparency
The Vending CAD, through web reports, gives you transparency of machine usage, including the individual number of each product dispensed, the price paid for the item, including any discounts applied for a particular user, and time of the transaction.
The terminal supports the use of a ‘service card’. This card may be swiped at the terminal when it is refilled with product, or at other times when it is desired to report on the usage of product up to that point. The standard vending usage report will then detail usage of the vending machine from the time the last service card was swiped until the time the most recent one is swiped.
This transparency also allows for maximisation of vending machine stock levels at all times, and decreasing the amount of downtime in the instance of maintenance.
