The MB20 terminal is part of a family of products that all work together in an integrated Expense Management System. Extra models may be added at any time without losing your initial investment. Other Monitor devices include paystations, vending and laundry control terminals.

Dynamic

The MB20 terminal communicates with the Monitor Supervisor Net software using TCP/IP across standard Ethernet networks, delivering real time transactions, device usage history, and access to remote diagnostic and support capability. The terminal supports fixed or dynamic IP address allocation and all data is encrypted for security.

Versatile

The ultimate versatility of the MB20 terminal is why it should be the gateway to your Integrated Expense Management Solution. It is able to control the access and charging of a wide range of equipment and services. Charges may be based on a number of parameters, including:

  • Click/Page Count
  • Items or Units of Time
  • Monetary Amounts

It can deliver advanced features; such as differentiating between student, staff and casual users, customisable data fields and on-screen prompts. Devices may be configured to charge up to 16 different prices (e.g. colour, paper size, duplex). This versatility ensures customisable enforcement of use and price policies for photocopiers, printers, facsimile, point-of-sale & Internet time.
