Dynamic
The Laundry Control Centre terminal easily integrates with your existing network, and to the powerful centralised suite of management software components of Monitor’s Supervisor Net Expense Management Solution. It communicates using TCP/IP across standard Ethernet, delivering real time transactions, device usage history, and access to remote diagnostic and support capability. The terminal supports fixed or dynamic IP address allocation and all data is encrypted for security.
Transparency/Control
The Laundry Control Centre interfaces with up to 32 washers or dryers. The terminal differentiates between a washer and dryer and indicates the status of each, showing whether it is ‘In Use’ and if so, the time left for the cycle on each machine.
The terminal communicates with the components of the Laundry solution, including Monitor’s powerful Supervisor Net software on a central PC, which can output accurate accounting audit information via web reports, giving you total transparency of the usage of an individual machine number and type. The transaction records the full details, including whether the selected cycle was a wash, a dry or a dry top-off cycle and the price paid for that cycle, including any discounts applied to that user.

The Monitor system is simple to implement whether installing new or retrofitting existing coin operated models. The Laundry Control Centre allows you to optimise costs by reducing coin collection overheads, operator personnel and service calls. The on line card system, will also drive profitability through increased efficiencies, loyalty, pricing incentives, advertising opportunities and cash flow.
User frequency and loyalty can be driven by users returning to use their unused card balance, cashless convenience.
You can improve your cash flow by collecting money up front, providing you with a float to earn interest on and providing access to more user funds. Users are likely to spend more on laundry services; since their card balance will usually be more than the coins they will have access to in their pockets.
Finally, since real laundry usage will be traceable, rather than relying on operator reporting, Supervisor Net will deliver service providers with an understanding of income on actual laundry services usage, regardless of whether the Laundromat is owned or operated by a third party.
