The sophisticated and versatile Monitor Expense Management Solution allows the central on line control of a range of services such as copying, printing, vending and laundry. Monitor Autoloaders are configurable cash add-value pay stations. Users add money to their account by inserting cash, when they swipe their card. Existing ID cards maybe used or alternatively, a card may be purchased directly from the pay station.

Flexible

The AL4000 Series comes in a range of models providing combinations that accept notes or coins, dispense cards or print receipts; including upgradeable global currency acceptors. These options form a family of products that work together in an integrated Expense Management System. Other Monitor devices include copy control, point-of-sale, vending and laundry control terminals. The pay station allows value to be added to a user’s account to access any of these services, within a single cashless environment. Fixed or dynamic IP address allocation is supported and all data is encrypted for security.

Dynamic

The pay stations form part of a cashless Expense Management System on campus or retail sites. Controlled by Monitor’s powerful Supervisor Net software, across standard Ethernet networks, they deliver real time transactions and on screen balances. Funds are immediately available for use and are safe if the user’s card is lost.

Profitable

Automatic centralised cash collection of funds encourages utilisation of multiple services by users, and optimises overhead and maintenance costs. Locally dispensed cards can be printed with instructions or advertising, and generate a revenue stream. Casual users may also be charged at a higher rate for services.
