Monitor's Print Release Station is a fully featured software
application allowing users to securely release their print jobs.
The Release Station can be configured to suit the requirements of
the organisation with many different options and accepts all ID
card types such as magnetic stripe, barcode or proximity card.
Users can view only their jobs, allowing for confidential documents
to only be viewed by the user and not others. To ensure
organisations keep their carbon footprint to a minimum, users can
delete jobs at Monitor's Print Release Station therefore reducing
waste.
Using Monitor's Supervisor Net software, where the users account
details are held, the Print Release Station will display the users
balance before a print job is released. Administrators also have
the option of configuring a Pop Up for their users which enables
users to enter departmental or client codes prior to releasing the
jobs at the release station. This way, the users don't have to
remember which print job was to be charged to which client later on
when they release the jobs.
