Supervisor Scan gets an upgrade.
Monitor's Supervisor Scan application which allows sites to
charge their users for scanned jobs has been upgraded to version
5.2.0.
Users of Supervisor Scan can send their scanned documents to a
selected email address or can save them to USB or other network
folder locations. The Supervisor Scan application allows for full
recording and reporting of all scanned jobs.
The latest release version includes the following key
features:
- Fully compatible with any Supervisor Net version 6
software
- Touch screen support has been added
- An on-screen keyboard has been added for users to enter
their Primary (User), Secondary (Department) and PIN
number
- The default recipient address can be read from the users
Supervisor Net account, simplifying the workflow in situations
where users are regularly scanning jobs back to their own email
account
- The application can be configured to allow Supervisor
Scan to exit after a transaction has been completed. This is best
used when launched from Supervisor Express on an Express
Kiosk
