Monitor provides a family of products, that all work together to form an integrated Expense Management system. The Monitor system has a flexible architecture and modular products, so is totally scaleable and is used in sites ranging from the very small with perhaps only one or two terminals like a Law Firm; to large, geographically spread sites such as large Universities.
Monitor devices include copy control, point-of-sale, vending and laundry control terminals, as well as value-add paystations. The AL4000 series of autoloader paystations come in a range of models providing combinations that accept notes or coins, dispense cards or print receipts; including upgradeable global currency acceptors. The pay station allows value to be added to a user’s account to access any of these services, within a single cashless environment. Fixed or dynamic IP address allocation is supported and all data is encrypted for security.
Since there are widely differing site sizes and complexities, it is appropriate to allow for more than one single database engine to be used with the Monitor System. The software may be configured to write each transaction to a Microsoft Access, MSDE, SQL Server or Oracle database.
Monitor provides a number of standard reporting and exporting tools to allow this data to be presented in a variety of formats. The open nature of the database also allows for third party reporting tools to be used with the Monitor System giving greater reporting flexibility. |
